1. What are the fees for building permits?

Building permit fees are based on the project amount. In addition to the building permit fee, plan review fees and issuance fees are also charged. For more information, call City Hall at (314) 385-3300 fees

2. I am a general construction contractor, am I required to register?

All general (construction) contractors are required to be registered with the State of Missouri or St. Louis County and/or St. Louis City.
